Momentum is a professional tool. You agree to use the Service for lawful, professional purposes only. You will not:

- Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt our platform or algorithms.
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
- Violate any laws or regulations.
We may monitor usage for abuse or misuse and take appropriate actions to protect the platform and its users.
4. AI Note-Taking and Meetings
If you enable Momentum’s AI assistant to join meetings (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet), you agree to:
- Notify all participants that the meeting may be recorded or transcribed.
- Comply with all applicable laws related to consent and recordings.
- Not use the AI assistant to collect sensitive, confidential, or prohibited content.
You are solely responsible for informing and obtaining consent from meeting participants. Momentum is not liable for misuse of the AI note-taker or any violation of recording laws.
5. User Content
As part of using Momentum, you may provide content including your profile, preferences, meeting summaries, notes, and feedback ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, host, copy, modify, and distribute it solely to provide the Service and improve its functionality.
You agree not to submit any content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive.
- Is unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or disrupts the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and technology on the platform, including logos, software, algorithms, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Momentum and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

Momentum integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Zoom, LinkedIn). If you connect a third-party account:

- We are not responsible for third-party services or their data practices.
You can revoke integrations at any time from your account settings.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account through your profile or by contacting support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momentum and its affiliates will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, opportunities, or data.
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Momentum and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising from:
